本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、YMstudio（以下「当方」）が提供する NOLOG（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用することにより、利用者は本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
当方は利用者に対し、本アプリを個人的かつ非商業的な目的で使用するための、譲渡不可・非独占的なライセンスを付与します。
本アプリは、2台の端末間でエンドツーエンド暗号化された一時的なメッセージ送受信を提供します。メッセージはサーバーに保存されず、利用者が設定した条件に従い自動的に削除されます。
利用者は、本アプリを違法な目的、第三者の権利を侵害する目的、または他者への嫌がらせ・脅迫・有害行為に使用してはなりません。
本アプリの基本機能は無料で利用できます。NOLOG Pro は、高度なプライバシー制御（カスタムルール、ステルス破壊、スクリーンショット防止など）を提供する有料の自動更新サブスクリプションです。
支払いは購入確定時に Apple ID アカウントに請求されます。サブスクリプションは、現在の期間終了の24時間以上前に自動更新をオフにしない限り、自動的に更新され、更新期間分の料金が請求されます。購入後、利用者は端末の App Store アカウント設定からサブスクリプションの管理・自動更新の解除を行えます。価格は地域や為替により異なる場合があります。
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。当方は、本アプリが中断なく動作すること、または特定の目的に適合することを保証しません。法令で認められる範囲において、当方は本アプリの使用に起因する損害について責任を負いません。
当方は本規約を必要に応じて改定できます。改定後に本アプリを継続して使用した場合、改定後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。

These Terms govern your use of NOLOG ("the app"), provided by YMstudio ("we"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The app provides end-to-end encrypted, ephemeral messaging between two devices. Messages are not stored on the server and are automatically deleted according to user-defined rules.
You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, to infringe the rights of others, or to harass, threaten, or harm others.
Core features are free. NOLOG Pro is a paid auto-renewable subscription providing advanced privacy controls (custom rules, stealth destroy, screenshot protection).
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store account settings.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the app.
