YMstudio（以下「当方」）は、NOLOG（以下「本アプリ」）におけるユーザーのプライバシーを最優先に設計しています。本ポリシーは、本アプリが何を扱い、何を扱わないかを説明します。
本アプリは、アカウント登録を必要とせず、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの個人を特定する情報を収集しません。以下の情報を当方は取得・保存しません。
本アプリのメッセージはエンドツーエンドで暗号化され、端末間でのみ復号されます。当方のサーバーはメッセージを保存せず、暗号化されたデータを送信者から受信者へ中継するのみです。中継後、メッセージはサーバー上に残りません。
メッセージは、ユーザーが設定した有効期限（TTL）、既読、返信、退出などの条件に従って自動的に削除されます。当方がメッセージ内容を閲覧・復号することはできません。
サービスの稼働・接続維持のために、一時的な接続情報（接続の確立・切断などの技術的なログ）が処理される場合がありますが、これらにメッセージ内容は含まれず、個人を特定する目的では使用されません。
NOLOG Pro の購入は Apple の App Store / StoreKit を通じて処理されます。決済情報は Apple が管理し、当方がクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を取得することはありません。購入状態の確認は端末上で行われます。
当方は、ユーザーの情報を第三者に販売・貸与・提供しません。本アプリは広告ネットワークやアナリティクスSDKによる行動追跡を行いません。
本アプリは13歳未満の方を対象としていません。
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は本ページ上で告知します。

YMstudio ("we") designs NOLOG ("the app") with user privacy as the top priority. This policy explains what the app does and does not handle.
The app requires no account registration and does not collect personally identifying information such as your name, email, or phone number. We do not obtain or store:
Messages are end-to-end encrypted and decrypted only on the devices involved. Our server does not store messages; it relays encrypted data from sender to recipient and retains nothing afterward. Messages are automatically deleted according to user-defined rules (TTL, read, reply, leave). We cannot read or decrypt message content.
NOLOG Pro purchases are processed through Apple's App Store / StoreKit. Payment information is handled by Apple; we never receive your card or payment details.
We do not sell, rent, or share user information with third parties. The app contains no advertising networks or behavioral analytics SDKs.
The app is not directed to children under 13.
